Brian Boru Sauce is a sauce company with head office in Ireland Dublin and a sister department in Denmark. The Ireland department takes care of Ireland and the UK and the Denmark department takes care of Denmark and Scandinavia and together they handle the rest of EU.

Founded in 2009. Brian Boru Sauce is a young and very new firm on the market. But the Brian Boru Sauce is more than 17 years old and have been made by Brian H. Jacobsen for friends and family for years. There is actually a storie about that some friends has refused to come to Brian's house to eat unless he made the Brian Sauce.

So why the name Brian Boru Sauce. Well ! Brian is from Denmark and has moved to Ireland and the first High King of Ireland was Brian Boru, so I thought why not mix the Irish with the Danish ( After all it was the Danes who founded Dublin) So that is why the name is Brian Boru Sauce.
